This position reports directly to R. Brent Wisner who serves as both the Managing Partner and lead trial attorney. Renowned as one of America's 50 Most Influential Trial Lawyers by Trial Lawyer Magazine. Over the last several years, Brent has served on the plaintiff’s leadership for multiple mass torts, earned jury verdicts worth a combined $2.427 billion, and helped negotiate settlements in excess of $1 billion—all before the age of 40. He is currently the youngest attorney in American history to win a multi-billion-dollar jury verdict, which he achieved with a $2 billion Roundup cancer verdict against Monsanto.
Purpose and Impact of Your Role
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner of Wisner Baum. Manage daily activities, communications, and strategic initiatives, ensuring the Managing Partner operates efficiently and effectively. Act as a key liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What Outcomes Will You Achieve
- Demonstrate a consistent and error-free expense management system, providing the Managing Partner with a clear overview of financial transactions.
- Ensures efficient use of time and maximizes their focus on key matters.
- Ensures smooth travel experiences and successful participation in conferences, meetings, and client functions.
- Optimizes meeting effectiveness and ensures timely completion of critical projects.
- Personal errands are completed in a timely and organized manner, resulting in a seamless integration of personal and professional schedules.
- Enable quick access to information, support the Partner in decision-making, and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- Relevant experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
